Patients must be 18 years or older to come to an appointment without a parent or guardian, unless there is a signed parental authorization on file with us.
After hours, weekends, and holidays please call our office number at 252-561-7777 to contact our provider on call. You may have to leave a message, but your call will be promptly returned. As always, if you have an emergency call 911.
In order to best serve our patients and ensure that they are receiving excellent care, we are now offering after hours appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. After hours visits are by appointment only, please call us to set one up.
