Notice: AI-Assisted Documentation
Our pediatric office is now using an AI Scribe through our PCC Electronic Health Record (EHR) to assist our providers with clinical documentation during your child’s visit.
The AI Scribe is used to help document the conversation and information relevant to your child’s care. It does not diagnose, treat, or make medical decisions. Your child’s provider remains responsible for all medical decisions, documentation, and treatment.
You have the right to decline the use of AI Scribe technology. If you do not want AI Scribe used during your child’s visit, please let your provider or clinical staff know before the visit begins. Declining will not affect your child’s care.
Our goal is to maintain your privacy while allowing our providers to remain focused on you and your child. Your child’s health, safety, care, and treatment remain our highest priority.
